Implement particle effects into the game


Have particle effects spawn in game for when something explodes.
They are like a really simple bullet, so we can use the setdirection method if need be, will just have to add it to the utilities, and have it return a linked list or something.
It will be its own manager, and the particle effects will be created by a public static void function which accepts two parameters, the location of where the particle effects shall be spawned, and a particle effects id, to look up which type of effect.
This will also mean that the particle effects have a xml pipeline built in for all the different effects.
