Implement an animation class for animations

description

implement an animation class which will be a stand alone class.
 
There are several different ways to hook it into the game:
The objects which will be used for this class, such as enemy, bullet, player, etc will have to inherit an interface and use the get set properties, and have more xml in each definition.
 
Any other ways you can come up with are ok too. So long as the game still works the same without this implemented.
